DIRECTORATE OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
The Directorate is responsible for coordinating staff, administrative and finance matters in line with public sector approved guidelines.
DIRECTORATE OF OPERATIONS
Deals with general flood management, development and maintenance of dams and control of environmental degradation.
DIRECTORATE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES
Controls all the Engineering related activities of the commission and also to take charge of the administration of the Directorate, prepare engineering design and drawings to promote the physical development of The Commission.
DIRECTORATE OF COMMUNITY AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Provides policy advice to the council on appropriate initiatives, issues and legislations relevant to community development.
DIRECTORATE OF LEGAL SERVICE
The Directorate of Legal Services is responsible for all legal matters of the commission. It also serves as the secretariat to the Governing Council.
DIRECTORATE OF PLANNING, RESEARCH AND STATISTICS
Saddled with the responsibility of planning and coordinating implementing the commissions programmes, projects and activities, conduct and supervise researches, collect and analyse data for reference purposes.
