Biography


Hon. Mikail Al-Amin Bmitosahi was born on 3rd October. 1969. He had hisPrimary Education at Madaki Primary School, Minna from 1973 to 1979and Secondary Education at Government Secondary School, Kontagorafrom 1979 to !984 respectively.A Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, Hon.Bmitosahi holds a Masters Degree (MPA) in Public Administration (2011)and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA), in Public Administration (2000) with 2ndClass Honors both from the prestigious Ahmad Bello University, Zaria. Heis currently pursuing his PhD program in the same Ahmadu BelloUniversity, Zaria.



Career


In the year 1988, Hon. Bmitosahi started his career in the Civil Service as a Judicial Officer in Niger State High Court of Justice, Minna between until 2002 when he resigned after which he joined active politics. He was elected into the Nigerian 6th National Assembly in 2007 where he served as Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Federal Character. He was also a member of several other House Committees like Capital Market and Institutions, Public Petitions, Ethics and Privilege, Public Service Matters and the ad. Hoc Committee on Niger Delta Crisis.In 2015 he was the Director-General of the Abubakar San Bello Campaign Organization, and was subsequently appointed Chief of Staff to Niger State Governor.At the Nigerian Paper Mill Jebba where he was Chief Executive for five years, he nigerianised the technical echelons and top management of the company to the pride and commendation of then Federal Military Government of President Babangida. The production of the Company increased in volume and quality to the delight of its customers and clients thus enhancing the profitability and liquidity to the point the Company won International Awards and unsolicited commendation from the World Bank for its uniqueness and laudable achievements in industrial relations, backward integration and purposeful management.
